The Inspection Process
The inspection process begins with MatTech's friendly and experienced customer service staff contacting the customer to set an appointment.
The evening before the appointment, the customer will receive an automated call from our proprietary Automated Customer Contact System to tell them their time frame and give them some preliminary information and instructions on the inspection process. This call will be repeated the morning of service.
The customer will receive another automated call when the technician leaves the previous stop and is on the way to the next home. Once the inspector arrives, he will greet the customer, provide them with an information sheet about the inspection process, and then will begin the actual inspection. The technician will follow a thorough check-list to evaluate each aspect of the mattress and make neutral, accurate observations.
The technician will then use the proprietary MatTech inspection Instrument -- the most advanced and accurate device in the industry -- to measure any body impressions.
Finally, the technician then uses MatTech's proprietary reporting technology to transmit the photographs and work report, in real time, to MatTech's data center. The inspection report will be available within 24 hours to the retailer after it is been reviewed by one of our customer support specialists.
